PHP Software Engineer

15M currently maintains hundreds of online gambling websites. Due to recent growth and future plans, we are looking for software engineers to join the company. The successful candidate will report to the Software Development Manager (SDM) and work closely with existing software engineering teams to deliver new functionality.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a vibrant young company and utilise their previous experience as a software engineer. This role offers plenty of opportunities for someone to bring new ideas into the company and develop their career.

Essential Experience / skills
- 5+ years PHP
Excellent working experience and knowledge of PHP, object oriented programming and unit / integration testing.
- Laravel and Lumen frameworks
Solid working experience with these frameworks.
- Git
- MySQL
Experience writing complex queries and integrating PHP applications with large MySQL databases.

Experience within the following areas is useful but not essential (note that 15M supplies developers with MacBooks):
- Jira
- Bitbucket
- Docker
- PHP Storm

The right candidate must be able to work effectively within a team. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal capacity is essential. Self-organisation and reliability is also extremely important.

    Business Analyst

    15M currently maintains hundreds of online gambling websites. Due to recent growth and future plans, a new senior Business Analyst (BA) is required with at least eight years experience.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Software Development Team and multiple business
    units to understand, document and relay complex business requirements to the Software Development Team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Utilising a variety of verbal and written communication skills (e.g. diagrams, documents, wireframes), you will be able to ask the right questions during discussions with stakeholders and translate their requirements into a format that is clear and easy to understand. Using your analytical skills, you will be able to ask questions of stakeholders and use a variety of mechanisms to identify gaps in requirements and ensure that issues do not arise further down the line.
    You will be responsible for scheduling follow up meetings with the relevant people and be able to understand and explain requirements for solutions when needed. You will organise and run workshops with various people.
    You will document requirements in a manner that allows for traceability to ensure that developed solutions can be scrutinised against the original specifications.

    Essential Experience / skills
    To perform this role, the successful candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience as a BA and have the following skills:
    - Previous experience with Jira.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Excellent self-organising skills.
    - Passion to provide clarity for requirements.
    - Can work with a variety of people with various backgrounds and roles within the organisation.
    - Ability to take an idea from the business and turn it into a set of requirements ready for development.
    Experience within the online gambling sector is preferable but not essential.

      Front End Web Developer

      Front End Web Developer (HTML & CSS)

      15 Marketing is a fast growing and ambitious marketing and technology company working in the online gambling space. We are looking for a Front End Web Designer who has a passion for coding websites and creating engaging and responsive UI/UX experiences. Responsibilities will include translation of website design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of our network of websites, while working within our coding standards and best practice.

      Duties:
      • Develop new websites using existing wireframes and stylesheets
      • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
      • Good communication across multiple teams

      Key Requirements and skills:
      Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
      Basic understanding of Javascript is a plus
      Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with the Adobe suite is a plus.

This exciting role will be responsible for liaising with team members, affiliates, and partners as a main point of contact for the strategic coordination of customer acquisition for our top brands through affiliate marketing.


        You be responsible for:
        Building and maintaining customer relationships to understand their needs and business priorities.
        Providing excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
        Manage business negotiations with affiliates.
        Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities using our internal affiliate software system.
        Create interesting affiliate marketing strategies and implement affiliate marketing activity to increase revenue targets.
        Actively be aware of any process improvements with affiliates, their players, or the affiliate system to increase revenue targets. i.e Develop business strategies to improve the affiliate program.
        Setting marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
        Maintaining open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
        Working directly with company partners in managing their affiliates - actively increasing affiliate and revenue growth on their independent affiliate systems.
        Staying current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
        Communicating with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimisation opportunities.

        You will have:
        High level of communication and client relationship skills.
        Demonstrate a level of brand management skills, including the ability to optimise large affiliate marketing campaigns
        Good standard of academic achievement (A-Level or Degree).
        Able to build strong relationships externally & internally.
        Reporting and analytical skills.
        Motivation and organisation are key, as well as effective time management.
        Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google docs.
